30KG and a New Personal Best!

I lived friday 13th august one of the best day of my life, catching this amazing 30 kgs mirror carp, let me tell you the story of this wonderful fish

We are friday 13 august, i m fishing from tuesday 10th in a 8ha gravel pit in France that i know, i think... no carp between 10th and 13th, only breams, catfish, tenches, i never had this scénario on that spot before something was about to happend...

My baits was peach n pepper boilies, with one snowman of regular with twisted peach pop up, a 15mm wafter and a 20mm salted boilie, for me a really fruit / sweet profile i ll have always some peach n pepper boilies with me anywhere and anytime i ll go fishing, you have to have them with you ????

I put some mixed NB pellets with hemp oil and liver liquid, little particules full of oil and, i hope will attract some carp, dropped with my anatec baitboat along the waterlilies and dead wood on the other edge in front of me. The brakes of my reels are just opened a little, to avoid the fish to get stuck in these traps

It was 12h40 the 13th i was fishing perches with little lure on a small rod to have fun, they were very active, sun was heavy it was hot. Big run with the 15mm wafter, seems to be something very heavy at the beginning, strong fight i never saw the fish for 25 minutes then i finally saw it... what an amazing fish i can t miss this one, a 25+ for sure ????

I decided to go in the water to my knees to cross the waterlilies on my edge, i don t want this carp to be stucked just under my feet or my line to break, now that i saw this fish i don t want to take any risk

It finally went into the net, this fish is incredible, the biggest of my life for sure, very impressive fish i m so happy, i called my best friend immediatly to come and see this huge fish, he will take pictures too i want some great pictures for this fish

This massive mirror was exactly 30,00 kgs, my last biggest was 23.8 kgs in "Lac des vieilles forges" in France, i m in a dream

Never in my carpfisher life i imagined to catch a so huge carp, one of the best day in my life for sure. Now it will be very difficult to break this weight again

Olivier and I are back from our trip from Lake Merenye in Hungary, we were able to catch between 40-50 fish with an average weight of 14kg, as bait we had the promino in 28mm and 32mm to tempt the large population, with so many fish around the lake can be happy with the average weight! as field testers of the benelux team we are very happy with this bait what a quality! and the promino is definitely approved!

A super day session production 8 runs with Yannick landing 5 of them. A deadly combination of the Blue Mussel and Kriller Garlic helping to produce these fish. The biggest being just shy of 30lb!

Raymond Lake has returned to France once again and had a great result. Raymond has been using the 22mm Milky Amino Wafters over some 22mm PROmino to create a contrast! Raymond managed 24 fish up to 24KG!

After my 3 nights working and no sleep since the Thursday I decided to stay up and grab what was ever free down my local. I managed to jump in Peg 27 on Oak Lake down at Coking Farm.

Not my first choice peg but I knew I had less than 24 hours before someone else was in for the weekend. The rods all out, bait applied and shattered I laid down and passed out only to be woken and hour and half later in a dazed and confused state to the alarm tearing off.

A solid bag of Pellet, Hemp and a trimmed down PNP Wafter was this one's downfall.

A fish known as 'Woogie', span the scales round to 29lb 12oz.

Winter 2020/2021 in the river!

everybody!!
In a season characterized by frequent rainfall and considerable temperature changes, the fundamental factor was to make the most of those short time windows in which the river waters were favorable for fishing. The channel where I fish is characterized by a strong current and does not have a large riverbed; it is therefore necessary to pay special attention to the water level.
I focused on a stretch of the river where I can get fishing in the shortest possible time and with minimal equipment.
The baiting took place only in the days preceding the session and never in large quantities; a maximum of 1 kg of blue mussel and bnb distributed in the precise launch points.
Fishing was concentrated only in the central 4/5 hours of the day; time coinciding with that of the moment of baiting.
The preparation of the equipment and terminals combined with the constant search for signals by the river was the key to obtaining results.
The 2 biggest fish were caught on cloudy days. My opinion is that the change in pressure had a positive effect.

Hello my name is stefan jacobs, I am 40 years old and I live in Limburg Belgium.
Am a carp angler through and through, mainly fishing in recent years on lakes at home and in france.
Several sessions are planned annually in France on paylakes, small and large and from easy to very difficult.
fish for several years now with the great products from northernbaits.
In the past I have fished with different brands of bollies for different types of waters, from canal to syndicate lakes, paylakes at home and abroad.
But since I fish with northernbaits with their exceptionally large and varied range.
I have been able to achieve many beautiful sessions and catches. In those few years I have been able to break my PB several times, even on very difficult waters these can certainly make the difference.
I recommend that everyone take a look and test our range.

peace around that's why i love the great big lakes and rivers in france and the netherlands where I can do my thing in a relaxed manner So given my fishery is often on tough deep weedy gravel pits where the fish are hard to catch and to keep them on the bait because of the many natural foods in the water that is why I don't want to have to have to doubt anything and need my bait to be on point and highly attractive at all times so that when I have the fish on my spot they also start feeding

My name is Marninck Elich and I live in Harderwijk. Harderwijk is located in the center of the Netherlands and is surrounded by the Randmeren. The randmer is a total of 6166 hectares.

My fishery consists of 90% fishing in these waters. The large water and the chance of a huge fish makes the water so interesting for me. Also, the water is not easy due to the size of the water, which makes the challenge extra fun.

I've been fishing with Northern Baits for 5 years now and I prefer the BNB mixed with the Kriller Garlic. I use this combination anywhere, anytime with 100% confidence

I am Yannick, a 28-year-old carpangler from Belgium. I am fishing since I was very very young on all species, but I turned a real carpangler since 2015 more or less.

Carpfishing to me is something I am very passionate about, it is my kind of relaxing after intense workhours. Because I work a lot and have other bonds I am sometimes limited in time to fishing 1 day a week at best. Because of the limited amount of time I need good bait where I have complete confidence in making the most of my limited hours.

I am fishing for the second year now in the benelux team of Northernbaits and I am very happy to have made that decision. I can advice this bait to every carpangler because the options are almost unlimited. There really is something for everybody! My personal favourites are Peach and pepper and milky amino scopex (sweet baits) and (hot spicy, blue mussel and evolution (fishmeal baits). I also love all pop-ups and wafters in the range (especially the twisted ones). I use liquids, oils and baitsprays aswell for getting even more attraction on my hookbaits!

My name is Robin van der Slot, i'm 35 years old and live in the Netherlands. I'm part of the Northern Baits Benelux team and i'm very happy to use those lovely products. I'm fishing on carp since 2000. I love fishing at big public lakes at France. In the Netherlands i'm active at dressage waters and canals. Fishing with the products of Northern Baits give me a lot of confendence and bring me a lot of carp. My favorite boilie is the BNB and the Peach and Pepper. And i don't hecitate to make a combination of both. Sometimes i give my boilies some extra attraction with the liquids that we have in the range. Hello fellow carpanglers. My name is Gertjan Snel and I come from the Netherlands. Now 32 years old and fishing for carp since I was 12 years old. My main fishing exists of short overnighters at a cult river in the South of Germany where I spend my time at the moment. When time allows I also try to do atleast 2 sessions a year in France. This can be on big public lakes when fishing alone, or socials on a paylake. I am using Northern Baits now for a couple of years, and my main weapons are the Kriller Garlic and the new peach and pepper boilies. The kriller garlic has never let me down and is always my first choice when going to a new lake. I am testing the PnP now since last autumn and the number of big fish is unbelievable.

Mi chiamo Luca raffle e vivo in provincia di Venezia.
Fotografia , pesca, natura e rispetto sono le cose che più mi rappresentano e che amo.
Fin da quando avevo 5 anni amavo andare con mio nonno per piccoli fiumi con una vecchia canna da pesca , cercando e sperando di riuscire a prendere qualcosa.
Mi ricorderò sempre la mia prima carpa , la prima emozione di tenere tra le mani un qualcosa che cercavi ,ma che non sempre ti é dovuto .
Il carpfishing mi ha sempre affascinato sin dal primo momento , e nella vita mi ha aiutato a crescere e capire aunt cose.
La pesca ti insegna la calma , il saper aspettare, il ragionare perché nulla é mai scontato, e sopratutto il rispetto .
Nella mia vita molta presenza famigliare non c'era (quindi la maggior parte delle volte prendevo la mia vecchia canna e andavo sul fiume vicino a casa , non per prendere carpe , ma solo per sedermi li , vedere lo specchio d'acqua davanti a me e staccare la testa.
Perché per me il carpfishing non é dove si pratica, non ci sono distinzioni tra fiume,lago o altro , ma il carpfishing per me é una finestra di salvezza fuori dal mondo, in quel contesto ci sono io , la mia canna , e l'acqua .
Aunt sono le volte nella mia vita che sono tornato senza risultati , ma il risultato c'era , il risultato era capire cosa potessi aver sbagliato e sicuramente la volta successiva non avrei commesso quell'errore.
Non esistono sfide impossibili, se ci si crede e si hanno gli strumenti giusti , nulla é impossibile.
Una frase che posso dire mi rappresenta e che ho imparato a confermare nel tempo é : see i tuoi sogni non ti spaventano , sogna ancora più in grande.......

Salted Baits

What's the reasoning behind Salted Baits? Let us give you a brief overview. We have always used the finest Himalayan Rock Salt we can get our hands on, we are now using this to preserve these baits.

RIGHT after we roll them. The Himalayan Salt will act as a natural preserve, hardening the baits a little whilst also making them withstand some abuse when using a throwing stick. They also last longer underwater where you need the reliability the most, we have tested the 20mm to withstand more than 48 hours. There is much more preparation when we produce these baits and this is reflected within the price. It's a very time consuming process to make sure these arrive at your door in the way we intended. These are Fresh, Active and produced with NO preservatives (as with freezer baits, just better) One of the reasons is because all the minerals from the Rock Salt become coated on the baits when they are hot, its almost like a glue of attraction releasing into the water for 15-20 minutes after going in.

Kevin bereitet sein Futter gern ein paar Take our ones anstehenden Angeltag ours. Dazu halbiert ice cream 20mm und 24mm Kriller Boilies, die is dann zusammen mit den Kriller-Pellets vermengt. Anschließend benetzt er die Mischung mit dem dickflüssigen Kriller Liquid. Nach ca. 1 bis 2 Tagen fügt is noch mal einen kleinen Schuss Liquid und eine gute Hand voll Kriller Bagmix dazu und vermengt alles sorgfältig.

Das Ergebnis spicht für sich.

New amazing bait version. I have tested it myself to make sure it works as I want it to. This is the first bait we have done like this. It's made like a freezer bait and can be used as one with ONE BIG difference, its NOT frozen and therefore all the active ingredients like the yeast are still active. When the baits are rolled and still hot and steaming, we cover them in Himalayan rock salt to preserve it, and this will coat them with minerals.
These attractors are firmly dissolving to attract
carp to the area you fish. This method makes the baits super fresh and still hard enough to use in throwing sticks 100+ meters. I have personally tested it in a very hard German gravel pit.
Most anglers blank this lake or catch very few. I fished 3 trips now, 7 nights in total and its beaten all my highest expectations. I managed to land 29 carp with lots of the lakes biggest carp.
For me this has been an overwhelming result, much much better than I expected.
My plan was to test this for longer before getting your guys on the test. But the results are just to good to not share it with you. Jump on this and help yourself and me to make this new super bait our biggest success. If this ends up as big a success as I expect it to be, we will make all our baits in a salted version as well.
